    Hi @bigwheelgreen
I've tried looking online for a service manual  for this scooter without. Reading the Quingo website it seems that they are keen on you using their own engineers rather than attempting maintenance/repairs yourself.

Someone posted a similar query on the community last year https://community.scope.org.uk/discussion/38708/how-to-replace-quingo-classic-batteries did you find a solution @Roysmokie ?

    Best Wishes

Hi  I have managed to get to the batteries and change them. It is quite simple you take off the seat  and then the whole of the back cover lifts off as it is only held on by velcro, this then reveals the batteries which are held in place by more velcro then two batteries and four bolts and the batteries are off.
                                                                 Cheers
