Worst in quite a while. I went out to the store with an aide and had to stop and stand bent over until it passed. Now ;it  is hitting me frequently. I can just sit or stand still until it ;passes.

So I thinking of all of you out there going through the same thing, and it gives me some strength I would not otherwise have had. Everyone take care.
