Does the dwp accepts additional informations to the pip form typed

Hi all. Can anyone please tell me if the dwp accepts additional informations to the pip form typed? I can’t write anymore... hands are on fire with pain. Thanks.

Yes you will be fine in doing this, as long as you add your name national insurance number, on each added page and what it will correspond to with your answers on the PIP 2 form.

Remember you must fill in the PIP2 and send that back with it all as it has an exclusive barcode to you. Good luck.

Yes it has and they still get lost/misplaced.

Also to add staple it all together and send it recorded delivery and make copies of everything you send as a backup.
