I am aged 70now problems with back and leg problems am I entitled to claim

Hi,Attendance Allowance isn't means tested so this maybe possible but it depends on the care you need. You will need evidence to support a claim for this. See link for AA https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/attendance-allowance/Anything else will totally depend on your circumstances.
