As @Sam_Scope says, we would need more information to be able to help.

The Government has published this document on the ESA underpayments which might be of interest to you. They say that they are "now paying arrears to those affected back to their date of conversion to ESA".

That will totally depend if you're one of those that transferred to ESA from Incapacity benefit and your personal circumstances. With no information it's impossible to advise. DWP will contact those that maybe affected.

That still doesn't give any information i'm afraid. I living with a partner that works, savings/capital and other household income will have an affect on any income related top ups you maybe entitled to. DWP will eventually contact everyone that transferred.
