Online support isn't always easy to find and seeking what's right for you can itself be tricky. This page from Anxiety UK might make a good start for what you're looking for.
I'm not sure if you're a parent or an autistic person writing here, but forums such as 'Talk about Autism' are created in mind for parents to share experiences and challenges you might be facing. Sites like Facebook also have many groups where you can join online communities with people who have faced similar situations.
An app was released this summer called 'Molehill Mountain', which is intended to help autistic people with their anxiety and burst some of those worries away at the same time. It's worth a look!
