I'm on the very lowest benefit on DLA, and have been struggling for the last few years, I am bowel incontinence, and wondered if I could make a claim for this,? Or would I loose my benefit completely?

Hello and welcome, I would seek advice from the CAB or another agency, as you may be made to apply for PIP .0

Consequently you can ask the DWP to consider an increase of the care component.
If it was for mobility different rules apply unfortunately.
