    If you have an award in place then yes.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.

    A word of warning, it is possible that the Tribunal will look at both the care element as well as the mobility one. However if they feel that the mobility one is in danger of being revoked they will probably warn you beforehand.
