I'm disabled but not registered. had my first heart attack on November 2017 had one more last year also again in November. I suffer from joint pain. Plus type 2 diabetes. I'm on a fair few tablets. I live in a ground floor flat on a high rise estate. I get very cold a lot as my flat gets very cold. The heating is turned up full. I'm Ok when I'm moving around the flat. But when I rest watch tv I get cold I wear slippers but due to my diabetes, my feet get very painful. And have to take my slippers off. This, in turn, makes my feet get very cold. I'm 63 And married. Doctors at my practice really don't want to know. Tonight I'm not to bad as it seems that it as gt a little milder weather wise.

Thanks for sharing this with us. Do you have any support in place at the moment?0 -
I can't offer any help reduce your flat but I'm diabetic too and have found the 2.3 together thermal socks work really well and the cuff is very soft and doesn't leave a mark.0
