Opening up a day provision: where to start?

My name is Claire i am disgusted on how little resources there are in Yeovil my son attends one and there paid a lot of money and my son gets very little out of it i would love to open my own day provision but where and how do you start ???? Where do i get Information

    Perhaps writing to your MP about your plans would be a good starting point?
