is there any one receiving the exceptional rate of this benefit, i am trying to find out the criteria, i have been on the intermediate rate since 1977, my condition has deteriorated rapidly over the last few years but i am reluctant to claim knowing of all the trouble lately, i would be interesting if anyone could let me know if the are receiving it,
