Hi all, new here.
I was just looking for information on pip, I applied in May last year and got a decision in September, my doctor and myself believe the decision is wrong but at the time I was unwell and in and out of casualty and have had many hospital appointments so I never got around to asking them to look again as you only get a month. When can I reapply for pip?
Thank you in advance
Hope everyone is keeping well

Thank you so much. X0

Hi,Were you awarded or refused at that time?0
-
I was rewarded but not what my doctors think I should be on0

Then you can't re-apply because you already have an existing award. You can put in a change of circumstances for a worsening condition BUT you do actually have 13 months to request the MR with good reason. You really do need to get some face to face advice regarding this because it's extremely difficult to advise anything on an internet forum. No one knows how your conditions affect you or if there's any risk to your current award.Contact either welfare rights or a law centre near you.0

Thank you so much for the information. I will defiantly look into it.
Thanks again.0 -
