Phone call about a paper based decision

Hi I got a phone call today saying my daughter should get a paper based assessment as they have enough evidence from me the specialists and her school. She was previously on DLA. Can they do a paper based and still say no.

Hi,Yes they can but i'm not sure how often this happens. Paper based assessments still have reports written and you can request a copy once it's been returned to DWP, just like you did with your son's claim. Good luck.
