Should I use my previous tribunal rulings as evidence for my latest appeal. Can the tribunal ignore previous rulings that went in my favour.

I guess I am hoping the tribunal has to abide by the previous judges ruling. Case law and all that rigmarole.

    Hi,

I'm sure there's no case law regarding this but to be sure you need to get expert advice. Good luck.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
