There's no time scales for the length of time it takes HMCTS to send the statement of reasons. DWP asking for SOR doesn't mean they're going to appeal the decision. They can't appeal unless the error in law is found.It can take 8 weeks, sometimes longer to receive backdated money. There's really nothing more you can but wait.0
