Hello, I am hoping someone could give me some advice. I have been receiving esa for many years now, and In August i received a form to fill out, i done so, my GP was contacted and a few weeks later in November I was sent an award letter. I also got another award letter in January basically stating the same. But last week I received another form to fill out, the exact same one i done not even 6 months ago. Is this normal? I dont understand why I would be sent an award letter only 2 weeks before I am sent another form out.

Phone the DWP and you should get an answer anybody Will be guessing what's going on and giving you more stress and anxiety which hopefully is a clerical error computer error .

Hi,Unfortunately for ESA they can re-assess you anytime from 3 months, so the form you received will need to be filled in and returned no later than the date stated in the letter.
