Well here we go again ...care company cannot provide adequate suitable care for my son .again ..this happens every so many years ..he has been so let down I am exhausted with caring covering and m.e depression and grieving right now over loss of my mum ....he has 24 hours a week supported living care but only received a few hours each week ...he is very complex they now aayhe needs a specialist skilled carer ...so devastated ..exhausted ..social worker away for a week ...I can't sleep for worry he will have to move again ..but is happy in his home ..I feel so devastated and let down ..and not to mention the 88.65 he has had to contribute to his care that he hasn't received ...
Is there now ombudsman I can talk to ...?
