PIP TRIBUNAL

Hello,

I have my pip tribunal next week but I need some advise. Since I applied for a tribunal hearing, my conditions have got worse. I have sent it new evidence to prove this last month but will the tribunal take this in to consideration or will they just base the decision on the information I gave them when I appealed for a tribunal?

Any advise would be must appreciated.

The Tribunal will only take into consideration what you were like at the time of the decision. They won't take into consideration a worsening condition.
