I am a 51 year old lady with several disabilities including fibromyalgia, arthritis, ptsd and mental health issues. I am struggling daily with the demands of life. I live with my partner and she also has health issues. I have grown up children, one son has autism and adhd and my daughter suffers with depression and anxiety issues. I also have a son who is married, has a baby and is a science teacher.
I am looking for support and information to help make life a little easier. I hope I am able to support others with the things I have learned in my life.
