Hi I'm 63 and suffer from fibromialga, epileps, emphaceamia, and now been struck down with arthritis,in my back and hips this is the first time I've applied for any extra help I've tried to manage on my esa, the assesment was in Jan.they have now told me I don't qualify I can't go anywhere without a taxi I can't stand at bus stops I can't walk up hills I wasn't asked to do that in front of anyone but was told in the letter that I wasn't breathless I was sat down I wasn't walking how can they judge me without seeing?

Have you considered a mandatory reconsideration as my friend @CockneyRebel has advised.

Have a look at our website for further information and advice.
