musculoskeletal examination

Hi everyone   I have not got a clue what this musculoskeletal  examination  is all she did was get me to  wiggle  my toe s and ask me to put my little finger and thumb  to get her and  rotate my ankle  an this is all she did  how can they tell how much pain you are in
