Hi having been diagnosed on the autistic spectrum and also having mobility issues with age related to my diplegia I wonder what are my local authorities supposed to provide because I get none and asking is not something I find easy.

Hi,Unfortunately, they aren't supposed to provide you with anything. You can ask for a needs assessment from the social services and you can self refer for this.
