copy of pip letter, can i apply for it online?

I need a copy of my pip letter for my blue badge ,is there any where on line to apply for it I have a phobea of the phone

Not that I am aware of, I have stated in many posts that we the claimant must keep award letters, medical reports for future needs and claims as under the data protection legislation it is and will be harder to get copies of these and other documents to make future claims and update existing ones. Have you got a friend or neighbour who can ask on your behalf, you will have to be present to confirm that your security questions and details are correct before your helper can take over the conversation on your behalf.
