Hi I'm new and I've been disabled for 8 years now. I still haven't come to terms with my disability, so it gets me down sometimes.

I'm also new to the site, but have been ill now for 20 years, and days like this week failing another medical still gets me down, but what doesn't kill us, hopefully makes us stronger, so you not alone there's plenty here in the same boat, so someone is always here to listen, hope your feeling better today0

It isn't easy and I think many of us go through phases of accepting it and then not.
I have found it is when I am faced with ignorance, poor accessibility and during a flare up that I struggle.0
