Today marks the 29th annual World Haemophilia Day and this year the World Federation of Hemophilia is raising awareness of bleeding disorders and reaching out to the bleeding disorder community in the hope of identifying new members.
Early diagnosis and access to treatment is critical when it comes to bleeding disorders, but as an invisible impairment, haemophilia can go unnoticed.
In order to raise awareness across our community, we'd love to hear if you have lived experience of a bleeding disorder. Have you gone through the diagnosis process? Are you currently undergoing treatment? What do you think needs to change? Please tell us your thoughts.
