Hi I have just had quadruple heart bypass and would like to know if there any help out there at the moment I only receive ssp

In addition to your SSP you may be entitled to a top up of Universal Credit but this depends entirely on your circumstances. The benefits calculator linked by Ami may give you some idea of help you could receive and your local Citizen's Advice will be able to go through a full benefits check up with you.
