Hey everyone! I’m 31 living in the West Miss with my dog and two cats and significant other. I have a chronic lung disease (similar to pulmonary fibrosis). I also have ASD and anxiety. But trying to live life as best I can!

Thanks; I am good today thank you; though feeling pretty anxious about a family meal later but yes sun in shining with me which makes me feel awesome! Hope sun is shining for you too ?

It is, blue skies too! Sorry to hear you're feeling anxious, family meals can be daunting at times - I have anxiety when eating out. I'm sure with the sun out everybody will be in good spirits

I am glad to hear that everything went fine with your “meal out”

Yes it can be to very very difficult to go out on family get 2 gethers.

I now tend to miss more than I can attend which can be difficult to be honest.
