I'm just wondering if anyone from Liverpool has been waiting more than 40 weeks to get a date for their tribunal hearing and if so how many weeks. I'm at 40 weeks, I phoned for a quite unfriendly advisor to tell me he had no idea when a letter would be sent out.

Hi @davedj44 sorry to hear you are still waiting to receive a date for your tribunal. Unfortunately, it is common for claimants to wait up to 12 months.
