Hi guys,

I’m just seeking a bit of advice/guidance/reassurance.
This company have the exact Mobility Scooter I need and for an extremely good price.

Unfortunately though they don’t have a secure payment facility on their site and don’t accept PayPal.
They've asked me to call and pay over the phone for the scooter.

Does anyone out there have any experience of them? I’ve been duped by fake companies in the past and so don’t want to pay out over 2k and end up regretting it!

Any advice is helpful.

Thanks!

Lou x x

Hello @SunshineLou  Pleased to meet you.

Please can I suggest you do not pay anything. I say this because been on the web. Looking for this company.

All I found was the company you stated . Connection to an eBay account.

Is that the one you mean.?

I would always double check on line any company.  Search before making any decisions.  Before there are any problems or issues.

    There is a company called.

https://www.mytravelmobility.co.uk  Which has a website.  Also VAT and Company numbers.

I hope that might give you some reassurance. Give them a look.

Take Visa and other payment methods.

I would always make sure that anything you look on the internet.

Do your research and make sure that it always a secure site with https means that.

@Adrian_Scope has given on our website a lot of useful information and advice.

Staying safe on line have a look.

Another thing I do. Is to look at  WHICH or look at their website.  You might need to subscribe.  Even so lots of consumer advice, guidance on products and services.

About £10 a month worth it.

Helps me a lot and good sound advice.

Please I hope that helps you.

    Please take care.
