I am on DLA and had PIP assessment.
Awarded standard care and standard mobility.
After careful consideration, I will be putting in and MR.
My question is do they start paying me my NEW AWARD standard/standard while its all processing even though I don't agree? Or do they keep it on my DLA rate?
Im aware I get paid in arrears so the new payment wouldn't be for a while anyway but seeing as the MR and possibly appeal will take a long time Im wondering what I get while its running its course.
Thank you
