Hi all ive been out of work for nearly a year with being diagnosed heditary spactic paraliga cant spell that bi. I want to go back to work for 10 hours but dont know what to go in as i cant walk far i doo fall but hasnt happen for a while. i have physio to strecth my leg out cant drive far i used to be a support worker i would love to go back help my husband outwith bills and for me to get out xthanks for your time

This may sound like an obvious answer, but have you tried your local Jobcentre?
Most Jobcentre's have all types of work opportunities & vacancies as well as Training Courses and part-time jobs. Furthermore, you could be allocated a 'Work Coach' who will assist you or at the very least will point you in the right direction.
