unable to work for six months
I am employed by the National Probation Service, although that will not last long as I have been unable to work for six months. I have chronic sciatica, fibromyalgia and tremors which are probably Parkinson’s. I try to keep active and focussed, but I am finding it very difficult

Hi @Tubeway how are you doing today? I'm sorry to hear this. There's some information from the NHS website, with treatments and self help advice for Fibromyalgia. You may want to contact your GP, if they think It may be Parkinson's they can refer you to a Specialist.
Glad to hear you are trying to stay active and focused, I can understand it may be difficult at time. Feel free to join our coffee lounge.
