can I get a grant or any help towards this?

My daughters both have disabilities one just turned 18 and I missed hanging my form to family fund my washer is broken and she wets the bed I'm in a tight mess can I get any help please also we not had a holiday in years can I get a grant or any help towards this as my daughters are aged 19 /18 autism and /adhd /severe adhd as a family it can be hard work repetitive maybe a break what would really help us all many thanks sherine x
