Am I entitled to anything or just being teased?

New to this forum. Got a letter two weeks ago stating I might be owed premiums from Feb 2012 to Sept 2017 having been migrated from IB to ESA contribution based.

I have phoned them and they said it would go through processing for 12 to 13 weeks.

I was getting DLA higher rate but low rate care component. Am I entitled to anything or just being teased?

Hi @bomboyfred welcome to the community! Due to the extensive backlog of claimants who have been underpaid, the process will take quite a bit of time, unfortunately. Keep us updated and let us know if you have any further questions

Thank you all for your kind responses. So we are looking at getting paid by early next year......lol!
