Mandatory reconsideration-pip

Hi,would anyone know if a mandatory reconsideration is requested in regards to a benefit award then would the overall claim be looked at or just the one issue that's been requested?

@poppy123456,thanks for your quick response..
It's just on my original pip award they scored me 4points on mobility needs but the most recent review that's now gone to zero although the daily living remains the same..
I have been told that they should of awarded the mobility component aswell due to the fact a journey can't be planned with mental health issues..0
