Had a PIP T tribunal in July . Los dos by one point appeal the decision not heard anything

Would I be best just to make a new claim because it doesn't seem to be going anywhere

    Hi @Paddy74, was losing by one point the tribunal outcome? Starting a new claim would start the process again. There is the possibility of going to upper tribunal which is the next stage. Information about this can be found here. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help :)

    I have gone for an upper appeal but still not heard anything keep ringing in but waiting on the judge coming up for 12 months noe

    Hi @Paddy74, in this case I would not make a new claim. I understand the frustration of waiting and how draining the whole process can be. I really hope you aren't waiting much longer!!!

    Unfortunately the waiting time depends on the backlog within that area so can differ significantly!
