Channel 4 have a 12 month paid placement which is based in London. Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow and Leeds.
The application deadline is 21st June 2019 and the placement begins 27th September 2019.

I know people who have done these placements linked to the Paralympics and they are an excellent opportunity to get into the media. I myself was part of BBc's Kick Off sports reporter scheme, which is another good option although not disability specific. I have also accessed work placements in the past at the BBC which were ring fenced for a person with a disability and these were excellent too, so the opportunities are pout there.2
