Hi, My son is 16 and on thew autistic spectrum. He scored 0 at his PIP assessment so we are now going to appeal.
My question is whether I need to take him with me? He doesn't want to go and dont want to upset him but not sure if we would be at a disadvantage if he wasnt there?

Are you his appointee, but I would say it would increase your chances of winning if he were there even if he wasn't answering the questions, they may even adjourn if he wasn't there0
