Won my tribunal - nothing heard from dwp after 4 weeks

I won my tribunal 30th May and I know he DWP can ask for a SOR within 4 weeks but they haven't sent a letter as of yet, I don't know either to just wait it out or I could phone but I have social anxiety disorder which makes it impossible to phone people.

Hi,Backdated money can take 8 weeks. Hopefully not too long now.

So I got a letter today my backpayment money will go in on Monday which will be exactly 8 weeks.
