Did you ask for / receive a copy of the assesment report ?

Am awaiting it cockneyrebel0

Feel foolish as i asked them for mandory reconsideration0
-
Can i ask them to cancel mandory reconsideration0
-
I got an award notice saying this0

Don't feel foolish, asking for an MR is the right thing to do. Just for an error in the date does not justify a refusal. However most MR's don't change the result so you may have to go to tribunal. Is this a new claim ?0

Can i go to tribunral if it my mistake0

May i ask what you mean by the wrong date/year?

Sorry see it now put this year by mistake0

Yes new claim cockney rebel0

I'm sorry but i still don't understand. PIP is about how your conditions affect your ability to carry out daily activities based on the PIP descriptors. The year isn't going to make any difference.

They say you have to have had it 3 months so to them I have had it 2months instead I've had it for over a year as I put wrong year0

What date did you make the claim and what date did you give for the start of your condition ?

I see. Do you have any medical evidence as to when your condition began ?

I didn't send any I asked them to contact to people I wrote down didn't get enough time to get evidence0

They seldom contact anyone, the onus is on you to provide the suppoting evidence
