Pip appeal adjournment

Hi all. My pip appeal hearing was adjourned for application for medical records. They want to see 2 years worth and I’m concerned that there will be nothing on my records concerning my mobility issues which I was questioned extensively on at the hearing. Does this mean the tribunal will not award me pip? My original dla award was awarded without any medical. I’m thinking I’m going to lose this one as they were obviously not convinced by my verbal answers and written submissions ......,

HI,All it means right now is that they want to see your medical records. Hopefully once you've sent them you won't be waiting too long for another hearing date. Good luck.
