Pip review if you are a pensioner

Told by my neighbor about pensioners only having light touch assessments every ten years. Haven’t Hurd anything on the news.im a pensioner on pip and I’m due the dreaded face to face soon.anyone else Hurd this

    How do they no if your condition is unlikely to change if you don’t have a face to face

    So not all pensioners have the ten year light touch

    @Joetel this might shed a little further light on this subject, people with stable conditions and on both standard rates are also getting ongoing awards if the disability's are stable.

    Mostly people on enhanced both rates are getting an ongoing award.

    This might help you understand a little more.

    Just had a response from scope with some information regarding pip assessments.all pensioners are on a ten year light touch from the 9 July.

    I am a pensioner on pip (66)my review is due in November 2020.will I have to go for a face to face or will I be covered by the ten year light touch for pensioners

    Read the link above. PIP reviews are scrapped for all pensioners. You're covered for the 10 year light touch award.
