Hello!
Welcome. Do you have a social worker or not? They can assist you with form filling. Definitely also talk with CAB. I recommend telling them face to face about your condition however. -
Hi,Unless you have an appointee then i'm afraid you will have to speak for yourself at your Tribunal hearing. This is because HMCTS will want you to tell them in your own words how your conditions affect you because the only person that really knows this is yourself.A representative from an agency will not be able to speak on your behalf during the hearing. CAB very rarely represent at any Tribunal because they no longer have the funding. Welfare rights or a law centre will represent. This link will help you find if any of these are available local to you. https://advicelocal.uk/
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Hi @Rich212, I really hope it works out for you! If you need anything else then please do let us know
