Hi,No benefit is awarded based on a diagnosis. PIP is awarded based on how your conditions affect your ability to carry out daily activity based on the PIP descriptors. You'll need evidence to support your claim and a face to face assessment is most likely because most people have them.Some links here that may help you.For any other benefit then it will totally depend on your circumstances and with no information it's impossible to answer your question. I'd advise a visit to your local CAB or other advice agency for a full benefits check.
