I just can't trust my work coach

I had a work search review telephone appointment in my to-do list booked for 2 pm this afternoon.
Sat waiting by the phone from 1:45 for 45mins, then checked my to-do list to find the appointment has been changed to the 12th with no notification whatsoever. ?

    I imagine that was so annoying @GettinOlde! I hope it goes ahead okay on the 12th!

    They used to do this to me whilst I was sat in the job centre - I used to screenshot it just before I left and then argue when it happened.
