Hi uam trying to appeal the mobility part of DLA has anyone had luck with appealing.

I am about 6 weeks into waiting. I expect like most to get told no change and then it'll be a Tribuneral - I will keep you posted. Maybe the original DA should decide? as opposed to these un qualified case workers - and then the DWP would save 150M a year on appeals?

DLA no longer exists for those between these ages. If you do mean PIP then 74% of those that appear at their Tribunal hearing have a decision in their favour.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. Totally agree with you my son is autistic and has every single point they said he wasn't entitaled too I.e hes awarded high rate he has unpredictable behaviour aresteded developmental etc and they still turned him down he is worse at school.
