    HI,

There's no timescales for any decision. Backlogs is just part of the reasons a decision can be delayed.

As you requested the PIP MR 12 weeks ago then i'd advise you to ring them and ask what's happening. Did you request it by letter or on the phone?

As you haven't had a decision on the work capability assessment yet then you can ring DWP to ask for a copy of the assessment report to be sent to you. This will give you some idea what the decision is likely to be because they mostly go with the report.

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

I have heard that backlogs are very long in most areas. Unfortunately all you can do is wait. Hopefully not too long.
