Sciatica

Hi everyone,
I have been diagnosed with sciatica and have been going to physiotherapy for the past couple of years but it doesn't seem to be helping this was all after falling on to the base of my spine around 11 years ago. I was wondering what benefits I would be entitled to as it stops me from doing day to day chores as well as working for more then a couple of hours a week
Many thanks
