Hello @lulu1949.
Talk to CAB tomorrow morning and ask for advice on your next steps. They are a good source of information on all things benefits. They can also advise you further on the proper appeal procedures to follow.

Hi thanks for answering so quick. Yes I have rung the pip office and said I want to see the assessment and want to appeal. They are sending them to me. Thanks

Hi @lulu1949,
I'm sorry to hear you and your son had such a terrible assessment experience. We have information here on our website that should be able to help you about the appeal process, but many of our members have been through the same situation and will be able to advise you if you have any questions at all. -
Thank you Adrian my son is so depressed thinking no one believes him. He has never ever claimed anything before .
