This is one of my biggest worries when it comes to the tribunal as well. Being able to get to the centre on time and then last the hour or so there without having to leave for the loo... As far as I understand, they can't make a final decision without you being there so it will cause problems if you can't make it on the day unfortunately.

Am goin its ibs when am. There please read carefully

They won't be able to make a decision without you there. So if you have to leave halfway through and they can't ask all the questions they need to it will be the same as not being there at all. They allocate a certain amount of time for each hearing so they won't be able to wait for you to visit the loo and return later either. If it's D, are you able to take Imodium or anything to help?

Is your social worker now not able to go with you to the hearing? Is there anyone else that can go with you because the Tribunal may not be able to adjourn the hearing.

Not my fault

I know it's not your fault but the Tribunal still may not adjourn it. I really hope they do, please let us know when hear back from them.
